TELEVISITS
When you schedule a TeleVisit at your clinic, you will receive an email or text message with the appointment date and time. Simply click on the link when it is time for your Video Visit. Please click the link a few minutes before your visit to fill out the questionnaire and vitals.
TELEVISIT INSTRUCTIONS:
Starting your visit
Log into Healow App
Click on Appointments at the top of the menu wheel
Next, click on the appointment that indicates Televisit and click on Start Televisit
Complete pre-visit questionnaire and enter vitals
Once started, you will be brought to a holding screen until your provider connects.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Blood pressure - you will need to purchase a blood pressure cuff
